Thank you for shopping with Buy Your Gear! We're committed to getting your gear to you quickly and reliably. Please read our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available for most domestic orders. Calculated at checkout.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $75 (domestic only).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be slightly longer than standard estimates.
International Shipping
At this time, Buy Your Gear ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance processes.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with the following carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
The carrier used for your order will be determined at the time of shipping based on your location and order size.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Buy Your Gear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at snhsolutions24@gmail.com and we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
